If you acquire an attachment, or add a unit, to your Covered Equipment, PBI will provide coverage for each attachment or unit which we determine qualifies for coverage under the SLA and adjust your rate accordingly. If you choose not to continue coverage on the replacement Equipment, attachment or unit, you may cancel Service for the item within thirty days of the date of your initial invoice for the item from PBI. If you cancel, any further maintenance or repair services on the Equipment, attachment or unit will be subject to PBI’s current rates. Additional Service Terms. Termination: For clarity, Bank of America may exercise its rights under Section 5.1 of the Agreement for either of the Services outlined in Section 4.1 above. Additional Service Terms. 10.1. No Domicilium Personnel at the Customer Premises Neither Domicilium personnel nor equipment may be required by the Customer to be present at any time on the Customer’s premises in providing the Services with the exception of Domicilium service engineers in connection with initial delivery of the Services or resolution of faults in the delivery of the Services. If the Customer requests Domicilium personnel to assist them on-site for any reason, an additional fee shall be payable to Domicilium.
