Agreement Violations. A. All claims for back pay or loss of wages arising under this Agreement on account of any violations of the terms hereof must be made in writing within thirty (30) days from the pay day following the accrual of the claim, and if not made within such period a claim shall be barred. The Employer shall not be required to pay back pay on grievances for more than a 60-day period prior to the filing of the grievance.
