Agreement Subject to CAISO Tariff. This Agreement shall be subject to the provisions of the CAISO Tariff which shall be deemed to be incorporated herein, as the same may be changed or superseded from time to time. The Parties agree that they will comply with the provisions of Section 10 and all other applicable provisions of the CAISO Tariff and the applicable Business Practice Manual implementing Section 10 of the CAISO Tariff.
