Agreement entitlements. The Executive’s termination of employment shall be effective as of the Effective Date. Consequently, the Company shall provide the Executive the post-termination payments and other benefit to which he would not be entitled under the Agreement, but for the execution of this Release (capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement).
