Agreement entitlements. A part-‐time team member will be entitled to payments in respect of annual leave, public holidays, personal leave and compassionate leave arising under the NES or this Agreement on a proportionate basis. Subject to the provisions contained in this subclause all other provisions of the Agreement relevant to full-‐time team members will apply to part-‐time team members.
