Aging Parent Leave: Sample Clauses

The Aging Parent Leave clause grants employees the right to take time off from work to care for an elderly parent who requires assistance due to age-related health or dependency issues. Typically, this leave may be paid or unpaid, and the duration and eligibility criteria are defined by the employer or relevant law; for example, an employee might be allowed several weeks of leave per year to provide care during a medical crisis or transition to assisted living.
