AGILENT. Agilent" means Agilent Technologies, Inc., a Delaware ------- corporation. In all such instances in which Agilent is referred to in this Agreement, it shall also be deemed to include a reference to each member of the Agilent Group, unless it specifically provides otherwise; Agilent shall be solely responsible to HP for ensuring that each member of the Agilent Group complies with the applicable terms of this Agreement.
