AGILENT and Seller shall notify the other party in writing of the Personal Information control manager who contacts and confirms the handling of the Personal Information related to the Services.
AGILENT and Seller shall notify the other party of any change in the Personal Information control manager in writing in advance. Provided, however, that in the event prior notice cannot be given, written notice shall be given to the other party without delay after such change.
AGILENT. “Agilent” means Agilent Technologies, Inc. and/or any of its subsidiaries.
