Common use of Agent Training Clause in Contracts

Agent Training. Prior to soliciting individuals to enroll in a Plan Product, Agent must participate, and will require its employees and contractors to participate in, an orientation and training program to become informed about Plan policies and procedures, Medicare Advantage Plans and the CMS regulations governing the sale and solicitation of Medicare Advantage Plans. Agent may solicit Plan Medicare group or individual plans only if Agent has completed Plan’s required training. Plan’s required training includes the following: A. AHIP, NAHU or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ training completion with certification;
