Agenda and Propositions. Cenit will publish in its website the agenda of the General Shareholders’ Meeting as well as the propositions f the management, at least three (3) calendar days before the date of the ordinary meeting. The shareholders that record their electronic mail will receive the agenda and the contents of the propositions in it.
