Emergency Contacts Contractor shall provide County with a list of names and telephone numbers at which Contractor’s representative, alternate, superintendent, and other key personnel can be reached during non-working hours in the case of an emergency.

Billing and Collection Customers BellSouth currently has in effect numerous billing and collection agreements with various interexchange carriers and billing clearing houses and as such these billing and collection customers (“B&C Customers”) query BellSouth’s LIDB to determine whether to accept various billing options from End Users. Account Monitoring Merchant acknowledges that Servicer will monitor Merchant’s daily deposit activity. Servicer may upon reasonable grounds suspend disbursement of Merchant's funds for any reasonable period of time required to investigate suspicious or unusual deposit activity. Servicer will make good faith efforts to notify Merchant promptly following suspension. Servicer is not liable to Merchant for any loss, either direct or indirect, which Merchant may attribute to any suspension of funds disbursement.
