Common use of Afternoon Shift Premium Clause in Contracts

Afternoon Shift Premium. Effective September 1, 2007, employees working the afternoon shift will be paid 57 cents per hour for all hours worked in addition to their regular hourly rate. Effective September 1, 2008, employees working the afternoon shift will be paid 60 cents per hour for all hours worked in addition to their regular hourly rate.
