Common use of Affirmation of Lease Clause in Contracts

Affirmation of Lease. Except as provided herein, the terms and conditions of the Lease remain unmodified and are affirmed, including without limitation, the provisions of Paragraphs 12.A and 32 regarding removal of alterations and additions to the Premises. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in the Lease, Solstice agrees to accept the Premises in its current “as-is” condition; provided, however that such acceptance shall not in any way effect, modify or decrease Lessor’s duties and responsibilities under the Lease.
