Affirmation of Lease. Except as expressly modified herein, the original terms and conditions of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect.
Affirmation of Lease. All other terms and provisions of the Lease that are not specifically modified by this Amendment shall remain in full force and effect, unmodified by the terms of this Amendment. All references herein or in the Lease to the “Lease” shall mean and refer to the Lease as amended by this Amendment.
Affirmation of Lease. Except for the terms set forth thereunder, the --------------------- parties hereto hereby agree that this Addendum shall be subject to all terms, revisions and conditions set forth under the Lease.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in the Lease, Solstice agrees to accept the Premises in its current “as-is” condition; provided, however that such acceptance shall not in any way effect, modify or decrease Lessor’s duties and responsibilities under the Lease.
Affirmation of Lease. Landlord and Tenant agree that except as specifically modified herein, all the terms and provisions of the Original Lease are in full force and effect. If and to the extent that there is a conflict between the terms of this Amendment and the terms of the Original Lease, the terms of this Amendment shall control. Landlord and Tenant further agree that the only agreements governing, controlling or affecting the rights and duties of the parties under the Lease are those set forth in the Original Lease and this Amendment, and that no prior course of conduct or dealing, nor any prior agreements or understandings not set forth in the Original Lease or this Amendment, shall be applicable to guide or determine the interpretation of the Lease or any of its provisions, nor shall any prior course of conduct or dealing, nor any prior agreements or understandings not set forth in the Original Lease or this Amendment, be binding upon Landlord or Tenant.
Affirmation of Lease. Except as provided herein, the terms and conditions of the Lease remain unmodified and are affirmed.
Affirmation of Lease. On and after the Effective Date hereof, each reference in the Lease to “this Lease,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” or words of like import referring to the Lease shall mean and be a reference to the Lease as amended hereby. Except as specifically amended hereby, the Lease shall remain in full force and effect and is hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects.
Affirmation of Lease. Except as expressly provided herein, the Lease shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect; provided, that to the extent this Amendment conflicts with the Lease, the provisions of this Amendment shall control.
Affirmation of Lease. Except as expressly modified in this Agreement, the original terms and conditions of the Lease remain in full force and effect. Capitalized terms used in this Agreement but not defined have the definition given them in the Lease.
Affirmation of Lease. In the event that any of the terms or provisions of this Agreement are inconsistent with any of the terms or provisions of the Original Lease, the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall govern and supersede the terms and provisions of the Original Lease. As herein specifically and expressly modified, the Original Lease shall remain in full force and effect, in accordance with its terms. The parties each hereby represent and warrant that it has no claims of default by the other under the Original Lease.
