Affiliates, Agents, Subsidiaries and Sub-Contractors. The Business Associate shall require that any agents, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries or sub- contractors, to whom it provides PHI received from, or created or received by the Business Associate on behalf of the Department agree in writing to the same use and disclosure restrictions imposed on the Business Associate by this Agreement.
