Common use of Affiliated Transactions Clause in Contracts

Affiliated Transactions. Except as set forth on the "Affiliated Transaction Schedule" attached hereto as Schedule 3.18, no officer, director, shareholder or affiliate of Seller or any person related by blood or marriage to any such person or any entity in which any such person owns any beneficial interest is a party to any agreement, contract, commitment or transaction related to the Business with Seller or has any interest in any property used by Seller.

Affiliated Transactions. Except as set forth on the "Affiliated Transaction Schedule" attached hereto as Schedule 3.18, no officer, director, shareholder Member or affiliate of Seller the Company or any person related by blood or marriage to any such person or any entity in which any such person owns any beneficial interest is a party to any agreement, contract, commitment or transaction related to the Business with Seller the Company or has any interest in any property used by Sellerthe Company.

Affiliated Transactions. Except as set forth on the "Affiliated Transaction Transactions Schedule" attached hereto as Schedule 3.18, no officer, director, shareholder or affiliate of Seller or any person related by blood or marriage to any such person or any entity in which any such person owns any beneficial interest is a party to any agreement, contract, commitment or transaction related to the Business with of Seller or has any interest in any property used by Sellerthat, in each case, is included in the Purchased Assets.

Affiliated Transactions. Except as set forth on the "Affiliated Transaction Schedule" attached hereto as Schedule 3.18, no officer, director, shareholder or affiliate of Seller or any person related by blood or marriage to any such person or any entity in which any such person owns any beneficial interest is a party to any agreement, contract, commitment or transaction related to the Business with Seller or has any interest in any property used by Sellerthat in each case, is included in the Purchased Assets.

Except as set forth on the attached "Affiliated Transaction Schedule," attached hereto as Schedule 3.18, no officer, director, employee, shareholder or affiliate Affiliate of Seller or any person individual related by blood blood, marriage or marriage adoption to any such person Person or any entity in which any such person Person or individual owns any beneficial interest interest, is a party to any agreement, contract, commitment or transaction related to the Business with Seller or has any interest in any property used by Seller.

Affiliated Transactions. Except as set forth on the "“Affiliated Transaction Schedule" ” attached hereto as Schedule 3.183.17, no officer, director, shareholder director or affiliate of the Seller or any person related by blood or marriage to any such person or any entity in which any such person owns any beneficial interest is a party to any agreement, contract, commitment or transaction related to the Business with Seller or has any interest in any property used by Sellerthe Seller in the Business.

Affiliated Transactions. Except as set forth on the "attached Affiliated Transaction Transactions Schedule" attached hereto as Schedule 3.18, no officer, director, shareholder shareholder, or affiliate Affiliate of Seller or or, to Seller's knowledge, any person individual related by blood blood, marriage or marriage adoption to any such person individual or any entity in which any such person Person or individual owns any beneficial interest interest, is a party to any agreement, contract, commitment or transaction related to the Business with Seller or has any material interest in any material property used by SellerSeller with respect to the Business (including any Intellectual Property Rights).

Except as set forth on the "Affiliated Transaction Schedule" attached hereto as Schedule 3.183.17, no officer, director, shareholder or affiliate of Seller or any person related by blood or marriage to any such person or any entity in which any such person owns any beneficial interest is a party to any agreement, contract, commitment or transaction related to the Business with Seller or has any interest in any property used by SellerPurchased Assets.

Affiliated Transactions. Except as set forth on the "attached Schedule 6.10(e) - Affiliated Transaction Transactions Schedule" attached hereto as Schedule 3.18, no officer, director, shareholder stockholder or affiliate Affiliate of Seller or any person (and no individual related by blood or marriage to any such person or any Person, and no entity in which any such person Person or individual owns any beneficial interest interest) is a party to any agreement, contract, commitment or transaction related to the Business with Seller (other than this Agreement) or has any material interest in any material property used by Seller.

Affiliated Transactions. Except as set forth on the "attached Affiliated Transaction Transactions Schedule" attached hereto as Schedule 3.18, no officer, director, shareholder stockholder or affiliate Affiliate of the Seller or any person (and no individual related by blood or marriage to any such person or any Person, and no entity in which any such person Person or individual owns any beneficial interest interest) is a party to any material agreement, contract, commitment or transaction related to with the Business with Seller (other than this Agreement) or has any material interest in any material property used by the Seller.

Affiliated Transactions. Except as set forth on in the "“Affiliated Transaction Transactions Schedule" ” attached hereto as Schedule 3.183.17, no officer, director, shareholder stockholder, member or affiliate Affiliate of Seller the Company, or to the Sole Member’s Knowledge, any person Person related by blood or marriage to any such person Person, or any entity Person in which any such person Person owns any beneficial interest interest, is a party to any agreement, contract, commitment Contract with the Company or transaction related to the Business with Seller or has any interest in owns any property used by Sellerin the operation of the business of the Company.

Affiliated Transactions. Except as set forth on the "Affiliated Transaction Schedule" attached hereto as Schedule 3.183.11, no officer, director, shareholder stockholder, employee or affiliate Affiliate of Seller or Seller, or, to the Knowledge of Seller, any person individual related by blood blood, marriage or marriage adoption to any such person individual or any entity in which any such person Person owns any beneficial interest interest, is a party to any agreement, contractContract, commitment or transaction related with Seller relating to the Business with Seller (other than relating to employment in the ordinary course) or has any interest in any property used by Seller(including any Proprietary Rights or Purchased Assets) in the Business.
