Affiliate Services. 2.2.1. Upon the Administrator's approval of the Affiliate Application and by the acceptance of this Agreement, the Affiliate shall provide the following services:
Affiliate Services. The Company has entered into an agreement ("Services Agreement") with 400 Building LLC ("Affiliate") pursuant to which the Affiliate will make available to the Company office space and certain office and secretarial services for the Company's use for $7,500 per month.
Affiliate Services. Only the Client may request Services and execute Transaction Addendums under this Agreement. Affiliates of Client must execute a separate servicing agreement in order for Servicer to provide Services to such Affiliate of Client.

("Affiliate") pursuant to which the Affiliate will make available to the Company general and administrative services including office space, utilities and secretarial support for the Company's use for $3,500 per month.

The Company has entered into an agreement ("Services Agreement") with CEA Group, LLC ("Affiliate") pursuant to which the Affiliate will make available to the Company general and administrative services including office space, utilities and secretarial support for the Company's use for $7,500 per month.
Affiliate Services. 5.5.1 The Manager will be entitled to receive fees from the Company, as expenses of the Company, in connection with the performance of its management obligations hereunder, which fees shall not be materially higher than the market rates for similar services performed by providers of similar services in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area.

The Company has entered into an agreement (the "SERVICES AGREEMENT") with Sherleigh Associates, LLC, an affiliate of Xxxx Xxxxxx, one of our principal stockholders (the "AFFILIATE"), pursuant to which the Affiliate will make available to the Company general and administrative services including office space, utilities and secretarial support for an amount equal to $500.00 per month.

The Company has entered into an agreement ("Services Agreement") with Chardan Ventures LLC ("Affiliate") pursuant to which the Affiliate will make available to the Company general and administrative services including office space, utilities and secretarial support for the Company's use for $7,500 per month.

Except for (i) provision of the assets included in or constituting a part of the Acquired Assets and (ii) services provided by individuals and entities listed in Schedule 4(y), no Associate of the Seller Entities provides services to the Seller Entities, the Acquired Assets, or the Business.

The Company has entered into an agreement ("Services Agreement") with Crescendo Advisors II LLC ("Affiliate") pursuant to which the Affiliate will make available to the Company general and administrative services including office space, utilities and secretarial support for the Company's use for $7,500 per month.
