Common use of Affiliated Providers Clause in Contracts

Affiliated Providers. 5.5.1.1 Contractor shall establish, maintain and monitor a network of Affiliated Providers, including PCPs, WHCPs, mid-level practitioners, specialists, dentists, hospitals and behavioral health Providers, that is sufficient to provide adequate access to all Covered Services under the Contract, taking into consideration:
