Common use of Affiliate Orders Clause in Contracts

Affiliate Orders. An Affiliate of Customer may enter its own Order(s) and SOW(s) as mutually agreed with First AML. This creates a separate agreement between the Affiliate and First AML incorporating this Agreement with the Affiliate treated as “Customer”. Neither Customer nor any Customer Affiliate has any rights under each other’s agreement with First AML, and breach or termination of any such agreement is not breach or termination under any other.

Affiliate Orders. An Affiliate of the Customer may enter into its own Order(s) and SOW(s) as mutually agreed in writing with First AML. This creates a separate agreement between the Affiliate and First AML incorporating AML, and it may incorporate this Agreement with the Affiliate treated as the “Customer”. Neither the Customer nor any Affiliate of the Customer Affiliate has any rights under each other’s agreement with First AML, and breach or termination of any such agreement is not breach or termination under any other.
