Affiliate Financial Statements. WhiteWave shall deliver to Xxxx Foods all Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements of each WhiteWave Affiliate that is itself required to file financial statements with the SEC or otherwise make such financial statements publicly available, with such financial statements to be provided in the same manner and detail and on the same time schedule as those financial statements of WhiteWave required to be delivered to Xxxx Foods pursuant to this Section 5.1(a).
Affiliate Financial Statements. Freescale will deliver to Motorola all Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements of each Freescale Affiliate which is itself required to file financial statements with the SEC or otherwise make such financial statements publicly available, with such financial statements to be provided in the same manner and detail and on the same time schedule as those financial statements of Freescale required to be delivered to Motorola pursuant to this Section 5.1.
Affiliate Financial Statements. The Company will deliver to Pfizer all quarterly financial statements and annual financial statements of each Company Affiliate which is itself required to file financial statements with the Commission or otherwise make such financial statements publicly available, with such financial statements to be provided in the same manner and detail and on the same time schedule as Quarterly Financial Statements and Annual Financial Statements required to be delivered to Pfizer pursuant to this Section 7.01.
Affiliate Financial Statements. Verigy will use its commercially reasonable efforts to deliver to Agilent all Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements of each Verigy Affiliate which is itself required to file financial statements with the SEC or otherwise make such financial statements publicly available, with such financial statements to be provided in the same manner and detail and on the same time schedule as those financial statements of Verigy required to be delivered to Agilent pursuant to this Section 6.1.
Affiliate Financial Statements. Venator will deliver to Huntsman all quarterly financial statements and annual financial statements of each Venator Affiliate which is itself required to file financial statements with the SEC or otherwise make such financial statements publicly available, with such financial statements to be provided in the same manner and detail and on the same time schedule as Quarterly Financial Statements and Annual Financial Statements required to be delivered to Huntsman pursuant to this Section 9.1.
Affiliate Financial Statements eCOST will deliver to PC Mall all Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements of each eCOST Affiliate which is itself required to file financial statements with the SEC or otherwise make such financial statements publicly available, with such financial statements to be provided in the same manner and detail and on the same time schedule as those financial statements of eCOST required to be delivered to PC Mall pursuant to this Section 8.1.
Affiliate Financial Statements. Cal Dive will deliver to Helix all Quarterly Financial Statements and Annual Financial Statements of each Cal Dive Affiliate which is itself required to file financial statements with the SEC or otherwise make such financial statements publicly available, with such financial statements to be provided in the same manner and detail and on the same time schedule as those financial statements of Cal Dive required to be delivered to Helix pursuant to this Section 4.1.
Affiliate Financial Statements. Filtration shall deliver to Cummins all quarterly financial statements and annual financial statements of each Affiliate of Filtration which is itself required to file financial statements with the Commission or otherwise make such financial statements publicly available, with such financial statements to be provided in the same manner and detail and on the same time schedule as Quarterly Financial Statements and Annual Financial Statements required to be delivered to Cummins pursuant to this Section 7.1.
Affiliate Financial Statements. Txx Hortons shall deliver to Wendy’s all quarterly and annual financial statements of each Affiliate of Txx Hortons that is itself required to file financial statements with the SEC or otherwise make such financial statements publicly available, with such financial statements to be provided in the same manner and detail and on the same time schedule as those financial statements of Txx Hortons required to be delivered to Wendy’s pursuant to this Section 5.1.
Affiliate Financial Statements. The Company will deliver to HeidelbergCement all quarterly financial statements and annual financial statements of any Company Affiliate which is itself required to file financial statements with the Commission or otherwise make such financial statements publicly available, with such financial statements to be provided in the same manner and detail and on the same time schedule as Quarterly Financial Statements and Annual Financial Statements required to be delivered to HeidelbergCement pursuant to this Section 7.01.
