Common use of Affidavit of Seller Clause in Contracts

Affidavit of Seller. An affidavit of Seller in the form attached as Exhibit M, pursuant to Subparagraph 7(w) to the effect that the representations and warranties of Seller pursuant to Paragraph 7 continue to be true and correct in all material respects and that all of Seller's covenants (not otherwise waived by Purchaser) have been performed as of the date of Closing.

Affidavit of Seller. An affidavit of Seller in the form attached as Exhibit M, pursuant to Subparagraph 7(w7(v) to the effect that the representations and warranties of Seller pursuant to Paragraph 7 continue to be true and correct in all material respects and that all of Seller's covenants (not otherwise waived by Purchaser) have been performed as of the date of Closing.

Affidavit of Seller. An affidavit of Seller in the form attached as Exhibit MI, pursuant to Subparagraph 7(w7.1(u) to the effect that the representations and warranties of Seller pursuant to Paragraph 7 this Agreement continue to be true and correct in all material respects and that all of Seller's covenants (not otherwise waived by Purchaser) have been performed as of the date of Final Closing.

An affidavit of Seller in the form attached as Exhibit M, pursuant to Subparagraph 7(w) to the effect that the representations and warranties of Seller pursuant to Paragraph 7 and as limited by Subparagraph 7(x) continue to be true and correct in all material respects and that all of Seller's covenants (not otherwise waived by Purchaser) have been performed as of the date of Closing.
