Advertising and Sales Promotion Materials. SELLING BROKER-DEALER ----------------------------------------- shall perform the selling functions required by this Agreement only in accordance with the terms and conditions of the then current prospectus applicable to the Contracts and shall make no representations not included in the prospectus or in any authorized supplemental material, including illustrations. SELLING BROKER-DEALER warrants that only advertising and sales materials, including illustrations, approved by the INSURER and ING AMERICA EQUITIES will be used by its Representatives in the solicitation and sale of the Contracts.
