Sales Promotion. The Reseller may conduct sales promotions involving specific products or groups of products for specified time periods. If electing to exercise this provision, the Reseller shall submit a formal request for approval to the LSCA. The request should include: the product or product groups, the promotional price as compared to the standard price and the Master Agreement price for the product or product groups, and the start and end dates of the sales promotion. LSCA’s approval shall be in the form of an amendment to the MPA. Upon approval, the Reseller shall provide conspicuous notice of the promotion to all Participating Entities.
Sales Promotion. If the subscription is part of a sales promotion offered by Videotron whereby the customer enjoys lower rates than would have been the case without such sales promotion, the subscription shall be for the period covered by the sales promotion (the “Sales Promotion Period”) and may not be terminated before such period ends. Sales Promotion. The Subadviser may not use any sales literature, advertising material (including material disseminated through radio, television, or other electronic media) or other communications concerning Series shares or that include the name of the Series or the Adviser without obtaining the Adviser's prior written approval. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing herein shall prohibit the Subadviser or any of its principals from using the name of the Fund, the Series or the Adviser in a biographical description of the Subadviser or its principals or prohibit the use of the performance of the Fund or the Series (to the extent permissible under the U.S. federal and state securities laws) in sales literature, advertising material or other communications of the Subadviser that describes the composite performance record of the Subadviser or its principals.
Sales Promotion. (1) Dealer will use its best efforts to promote the sale of Authorized Automobiles in Dealer's Area, through regular contacts with owners, users, and prospective owners and users of Authorized Products; through promotion, prospecting, and follow-up programs; and through such means and at such levels as may be indicated from time to time by the Business Basics, Operating Plan and Recommendations.
