ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONS. 21.1. The Broadcaster grants to the Operator the non-exclusive right during the Term to use the Marks solely in connection with the marketing and promotion of the Subscribed Channel(s) and in a manner that has been pre-approved by the Broadcaster, for no additional monetary consideration in this regard.

Promptly upon receipt of all necessary Approvals (as defined in Section 8.1), Nipro shall, at its own expense, (i) use commercially reasonable efforts to promote the sale and distribution of the FreeStyle Products to Customers in the Territory, and (ii) use commercially reasonable efforts to realize the maximum sales potential for the FreeStyle Products to Customers in the Territory.
