HAMPTON ROADS SPORTS HALL OF FAME. The Hampton Roads Sports Hall of Fame shall have exclusive rights to the wall immediately opposite the main entrance at the Stadium for display of their inductees, to the extent of available space thereon. The Tides agree to maintain this area with assistance from the City. The location of this display shall be at the sole discretion of the Director and may be relocated for any reason, should the Director so desire. The Tides recognize that such displays shall be of high quality and not mar or detract from the general architectural scheme of the Stadium.
