Adverse Weather Conditions. The following provision shall apply to employees during adverse weather conditions necessitating closure of all highways, as declared by appropriate provincial or municipal authorities, between the employee's residence and place of employment, for the duration of the closure: When an employee, through no fault of his/her own, is unable to report for work because of the above, such employee shall suffer no loss of pay or other benefits, nor shall he/she be required to make up, in any way, for time lost due to not reporting to work.
