Common use of Adverse Materials Clause in Contracts

Adverse Materials. L6.08 An Occasional Teacher may make a written request to the Director or designate that a written warning or disciplinary material be removed from his/her personnel file after two (2) years. Should there be no re-occurrence of the actions giving rise to the written warning or disciplinary letter, the material shall be removed.
