Advanced POST Certificate. Effective July 1, 2008, a permanent employee covered by this Memorandum who has obtained the Advanced Post Certificate shall receive four and one-half percent (4.5%) of his/her regular base salary. Permanent employees who qualify shall be eligible beginning with the first full pay period after submission of verification of eligibility.
