Common use of Advance Reservations Clause in Contracts

Advance Reservations. On the Closing Date, each direct Owner of a Hotel shall provide Parent with an exhibit of post-closing confirmed Bookings for such Hotel. Parent shall honor all such confirmed and Bookings, provided that such Bookings were booked by such Owner of the Hotel in a manner consistent with normal business practices. Prepaid and unearned reservation deposits and other items prepaid by guests of the Hotels shall be credited to Parent at the Closing.
