NO-SHOW. If the Student has not checked into the Student’s assigned room by Friday, August 25, 2017, or contacted UCF DHRL to make arrangements for a later move in, the Student shall be declared a no-show. If the Student is declared a no-show, the Student’s agreement shall be automatically cancelled by UCF DHRL, and the Student will be assessed a cancellation fee of $1,000.00.
NO-SHOW. A “No Show” occurs when a resident fails to pick up their keys by 5pm on the first day or class or within 7 calendar days of their assignment being made, whichever comes later, or a student who notifies RLSH they will not be claiming occupancy as of the first day of the License Agreement Term. No Shows constitute an automatic termination of the License Agreement, and the appropriate No Show Fee will be charged to the student’s Bursar’s Account in accordance with Section VIII.
NO-SHOW. When a Passenger fails to honor a segment of his or her travel and fails to contact Cape Air in advance of departure time to inform Cape Air that he or she will not be on the flight.
NO-SHOW. (a) Employees will be noted for no shows under the following circumstances (except as set out in Section 21.3 and 21.4 above):

NO-SHOW. No refunds shall be given if the customer fails to collect the vehicle on the rental start date and has failed to notify Hertz in due time. In the event of confiscation, theft or accident You are responsible of the rented vehicle. In the event of measures by third parties, including attachment, confiscation or impounding of the Vehicle, you must immediately inform Hertz in writing up to 24H. Otherwise, and if the landlord was challenged by an opposing insurance company, then you would be liable for file processing fee of 1200 MAD VAT. In the event of measures by third parties, including attachment, confiscation or impounding of the Vehicle, you must immediately inform Hertz in writing. Hertz will then be entitled to take all measures which it deems necessary to protect its rights. You will be liable for all damage, cost and/or expenses associated with the above measures and for any direct, indirect, consequential damages (such as loss...) to the Vehicle unless it is demonstrated that Hertz is directly responsible for such confiscation or impounding of the Vehicle.
NO-SHOW. An applicant who has submitted an electronically signed Contract, but does not officially check into an assigned room by 4 p.m. on the first day of classes will be considered a no-show and the Contract will be terminated. Cancellation fees are applicable to all such applicants and will be assessed according to the Cancellation Fee Schedule contained herein. If you will be arriving past the 4 p.m. deadline on the first day of class you must follow the procedures and notice requirements contained in the Housing/Food Services Booklet.
NO-SHOW. When an eligible passenger fails to board the vehicle when the vehicle arrives on time (within the 30-minute pick-up window). Pursuant to subsection 9.1(F) of this Agreement, subsidy reimbursement shall not be paid for “no-shows.” Wichita Transit agrees to permit the Contractor to develop and enforce reasonable policies, which limit “no-shows.” F. 30-Minute Pick-Up Window – The 30-minute timeframe provided to the eligible passenger that indicates when the paratransit vehicle has been scheduled to arrive. Vehicles arriving within the 30-minute pick-up window are considered on time.
NO-SHOW. The result of an interpreter not keeping an appointment or the requesting end user failing to cancel the appointment.
NO-SHOW. (i) If we classify you in one of the following industries, you may process No Show Charges equivalent to one (1) day’s rental or one (1) night’s stay, as appropriate, provided that the criteria set out in this paragraph c are met: • lodging; • trailer park/campground; or • vehicle, aircraft, bicycle, boat, equipment, motor home or motorcycle rentals.
