Common use of Adoptive Parent Leave Clause in Contracts

Adoptive Parent Leave. An employee will be granted up to five (5) days’ unpaid leave to attend to needs directly related to the adoption of their child. At the employee’s option such leave will be granted on a day by day basis before the adoption or such other day as may be mutually agreed.
