Adoption of Charter Documents. The Charter Documents shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Purchasers and shall have been duly adopted in accordance with the Companies Act 1981 of Bermuda (as amended from time to time) and shall be in full force and effect, and the Purchasers shall have received evidence of such adoption in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Purchasers.
