All acts, conditions and things required to be done, fulfilled and performed in order to make the Loan Documents to which each Loan Party is a party admissible in evidence in its jurisdiction of incorporation, have been done, fulfilled and performed (subject to any exception contained in the legal opinions provided as conditions precedent).
