Admissibility in evidence. The Borrower shall obtain all necessary authorisations, consents, approvals, licences, exemptions, filings, registrations, recordings and notarisations required or advisable in connection with the admissibility in evidence of the Security Documents or any of them in Proceedings in England or any other jurisdiction in which Proceedings have been commenced.

All acts, conditions and things required to be done, fulfilled and performed in order to make the Loan Documents to which each Loan Party is a party admissible in evidence in its jurisdiction of incorporation, have been done, fulfilled and performed (subject to any exception contained in the legal opinions provided as conditions precedent).
