Administrative Representatives. The three (3) administrative representatives to the Committee shall be appointed from time to time by the President of the University and shall serve at his/her discretion. Notice of such appointments shall be thereafter published as an official University communication.
Administrative Representatives. (a) The Chief Financial Officer of Lazard Group, a Director designated by the Board of Directors of LAZ-MD Holdings, and the Chief Financial Officer of LFCM Holdings shall serve as administrative representatives (“Administrative Representative(s)”) of Lazard Group, LAZ-MD Holdings and LFCM Holdings, respectively, to facilitate day-to-day communications and performance under this Services Agreement. Each Party may treat an act of an Administrative Representative of any other Party as being authorized by such other Party to act for and bind such Party. Each Party may replace its Administrative Representative by giving written notice of the replacement to the other Parties.
Administrative Representatives. A. The Principal Investigator for the operations and management of the Center for Demographic Research and the conduct of this MOU is Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Director. The Assistant Director, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, will serve as the Principal Investigator in the Director’s absence. They are authorized to negotiate supplemental services with the SPONSORS, CONTRIBUTING PARTNERS, and Non-sponsors as noted in Section VII. Xxxxxx Xxxx, Director, ASC Office of Sponsored Programs, is designated as the administrative representative for the ASC. Should the Principal Investigators become unavailable for any reason, no other Principal Investigator shall be chosen by CSUF or the ASC without the approval of the SPONSORS. Furthermore, the ASC agrees that the Management Oversight Committee shall make the recommendation on the selection of the Director or interim Director of the Center for Demographic Research and no Director or interim Director shall be appointed without approval of the Management Oversight Committee. The Management Oversight Committee will serve as the search committee if a search committee for the Director is required by the ASC.
Administrative Representatives. In the event that a Party has a dispute or claim with respect to this Agreement, such Party (the “Disputing Party”) must provide the other Parties (“Responding Party”) with a notice of each issue in dispute or claim, a proposed means for resolving each such issue in dispute or claim, and support for such position (“Notice of Dispute”). Within fifteen (15) days after receiving a Notice of Dispute, the Responding Parties must provide the Disputing Party with a notice of each additional issue (if any) with respect to the disputed issue(s) or claim(s) raised by the Notice of Dispute, a proposed means for resolving each issue in dispute or claim, and support for such position (“Dispute Response”). Thereafter, each Party shall designate an administrative representative who shall be authorized to resolve the disputed issues or claims on its behalf. Such administrative representatives shall meet, in person, to discuss the matter and employ good faith efforts to promptly reach a resolution of each such disputed issue or claim.
Administrative Representatives. Administrative representatives shall be appointed by the Adult Education Principal and the Assistant Superintendent for Business. Each elected and appointed member shall have an equal vote.

Administrative Representatives. The Superintendent of each member school district shall designate one individual as the Administrative Representative of the district. The Administrative Representative shall constitute the direct line of communication between the district and the office of the NSSEO Superintendent. Administrative Representatives shall work closely and cooperatively with the NSSEO Superintendent in all phases of planning and evaluating NSSEO programs and services, in effecting smooth operation of these NSSEO programs and services, and in carrying out the policies and regulations of NSSEO.
Administrative Representatives. Each party designates the individuals (“Administrators”) indicated in Exhibit A, Paragraph 9, as said party’s contract administrator who is authorized by said party to represent it in the routine administration of this Agreement.
Administrative Representatives. The Commission's tasks shall be A) to review the actual class sizes at the beginning of the school year, B) to assist in the remedial procedure for identified class size concerns, and C) to review and monitor class size patterns, district enrollment projection, and staffing trends as needed. The Class Size Commission shall meet within ten (10) days of a request for a meeting by either party, and, in cases where a decision is required, the Commission shall issue same within ten (10) days of its meeting.
