Common use of Administrative Representatives Clause in Contracts

Administrative Representatives. Each party designates the individuals (Administrators) indicated in Exhibit A, Paragraph 8, as said party’s contract administrator who is authorized by said party to represent them in the routine administration of this Agreement.
