Common use of Administrative Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Administrative Reimbursement. In the event Landlord performs ---------------------------- construction, maintenance, or repairs for Tenant under Sections 7.3, 8.5 or 12.2 ------------ --- ---- of Part Two of this Lease, Tenant will reimburse Landlord within ten (10) days after receipt of an invoice from Landlord for the cost of such construction, maintenance or repairs plus an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of such costs ("Administrative Reimbursement") to reimburse Landlord for administration and overhead.
