Administrative Processing. The administrative processing portion of the prelicense survey (which includes without limitation processing the application, preparing make-ready work orders, notifying joint users and other persons and entities of work requirements and schedules, coordinating the relocation/rearrangement of BellSouth and/or other licensed facilities) will be performed by BellSouth at Licensee’s expense.
