Common use of Administrative Notification Clause in Contracts

Administrative Notification. The Local Union shall be notified, in writing or electronically, of any Municipal directive, memorandum, rule or regulation which cover or affect areas covered by this Agreement or which affect any group of employees working under this Agreement. The date of receipt of such notices shall be the controlling date for the purposes of notification.
