Administrative Notification. The Union shall be notified in writing of any Municipal directive, memorandum, rule or regulation which cover or affect areas covered by this Agreement or which affect any group of employees working under this Agreement. The date of receipt of such notices shall be the controlling date for the purposes hereunder. Each party shall promptly inform the other of any change in the addresses set forth in this Section.

  • Written Notification Failing settlement at this level, the Union shall in writing notify the Employer of the alleged discrepancy and the names of the employees involved, and the period of time that such discrepancy is claimed to cover. Upon receipt of such written notice, the Employer agrees to promptly furnish the representative of the Union wage data pertaining to the alleged wage discrepancy.

  • Resume Self-Certification Form When submitting a response to an RFQ, the Contractor shall submit with its response a completed and signed Exhibit E, Resume Self-Certification Form to the Customer for each proposed Staff member identified in the RFQ response.

  • Antitrust Notification If the Holder determines, in its sole judgment upon the advice of counsel, that the issuance of any Warrant Shares pursuant to the terms hereof would be subject to the provisions of the H▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended (the “HSR Act”), the Company shall file as soon as practicable after the date on which the Company receives notice from the Holder of the applicability of the HSR Act and a request to so file with the United States Federal Trade Commission and the United States Department of Justice the notification and report form required to be filed by it pursuant to the HSR Act in connection with such issuance.
