Administrative Issues. The prevailing Party in litigation or arbitration shall be entitled to attorneys’ fees and costs (including collection costs). The Parties hereby expressly consent to a) service of process being effected upon them by registered mail, and b) the uncontested enforcement of a final judgment or award in any other jurisdiction wherein it or any of its assets are present.
