Common use of Administrative Issues Clause in Contracts

Administrative Issues. Representatives of the Association shall meet with the Superintendent for the purpose of discussing administrative issues. A date for this meeting shall be established by the Superintendent and the Association President by December 15th. Major issues and names of those persons to represent the Bargaining Unit will be provided the Superintendent one week prior to the meeting. When requested by an administrator (a) representative(s) of the Association shall meet with the requesting principal for the purpose of discussing administrative issues that relate to that administrator. The time for such meeting shall be mutually agreed.
