Administrative Conference. Within five (5) days of the Panel being selected, the Presiding Arbitrator shall confer with the parties and the other members of the Panel and shall schedule, in writing, a conference in which the parties and the Panel shall participate (the “Administrative Conference”). The Administrative Conference shall take place no later than fifteen (15) days after the Panel is selected.
