Common use of Administrative Changes Clause in Contracts

Administrative Changes. Either party may request updates to Exhibit A that are, in the sole discretion of OODHS, administrative in nature and do not modify the mode of Access or type of Data by submitting a written request to the other party. Upon written authorization of both parties and subsequent written approval by ▇▇▇▇▇, Exhibit A will be deemed amended to include the updated information.
