Request for Administrative Changes. During the term of this Agreement, LADWP or the Consultant shall have the right to request changes to the work within the Agreement that are : administrative in nature, including but not limited to changes to the authorized representatives, key Consultant, Subconsultant perfonnel, ! ' ; reporting documentation, and/or the implementation of pre-approved cost of living adjustments in fee schedules. LADWP or the Consultant shall make a formal written request with respect to each administrative change it desires to make. -
