Common use of Administrative Changes Clause in Contracts

Administrative Changes. Any amendment of a strictly administrative, typographical, clerical, technical or otherwise immaterial nature, or a correction of a manifest error, shall require the agreement of the Borrower and the Agent only, provided that prior to giving effect thereto, the Lenders shall have received at least five Banking Days’ prior written notice of any such amendment and the Agent shall not have received during such five Banking Day period a written notice from the Majority Lenders stating that the Majority Lenders object to such amendment.
