Common use of Administrative and Attorneys' Fees Clause in Contracts

Administrative and Attorneys' Fees. If Tenant requests the consent of Landlord to any Transfer, then Tenant shall, upon demand, pay Landlord a non-refundable administrative fee of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). Acceptance of the administrative fee shall in no event obligate Landlord to consent to any proposed Transfer.

Administrative and Attorneys' Fees. If Tenant requests the consent of Landlord to any Transfer, then Tenant shall, upon demand, pay Landlord a non-refundable nonrefundable administrative fee of Five Hundred One Thousand Dollars ($500.001,000.00) together with an amount equal to the costs incurred by Landlord in processing such consent (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees). Acceptance of the administrative fee shall in no event obligate Landlord to consent to any proposed Transfer.

If Tenant requests the consent of Landlord to any Transfer, then Tenant shall, upon demand, pay Landlord a non-refundable nonrefundable administrative fee of Five Hundred One Thousand Dollars ($500.001,000.00), together with an amount equal to all other reasonable costs incurred by Landlord in connection with processing the proposed Transfer (including any attorneys’ fees actually incurred by Landlord applicable to the proposed Transfer). Acceptance of the administrative fee shall in no event obligate Landlord to consent to any proposed Transfer.

If Tenant effects a Transfer or requests the consent of Landlord to any Transfer, then Tenant shall, upon demand, pay Landlord a non-refundable administrative fee of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($500.001,500.00), which shall include the cost of Landlord's consultants', engineers' and reasonable attorneys' fees in connection with such Transfer or request for consent. Acceptance of the $1,500.00 administrative fee shall in no event obligate Landlord to consent to any proposed Transfer.

If Tenant requests the consent of Landlord to any Transfer, then Tenant shall, upon demand, pay Landlord any consultants', engineers' and reasonable attorneys fees incurred by Landlord in connection with such request for consent up to a non-refundable administrative fee maximum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). Acceptance of the administrative fee reimbursement of Landlord's attorneys' and paralegal fees shall in no event obligate Landlord to consent to any proposed Transfer.
