Common use of Administrative Agent’s and Other Fees Clause in Contracts

Administrative Agent’s and Other Fees. In order to compensate the Administrative Agent for acting in its capacity as such hereunder and under the other Loan Documents, the Borrowers, jointly and severally, agree to pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own account, a non-refundable and fully earned fee of $25,000.00 on the Closing Date.

Administrative Agent’s and Other Fees. In order to compensate the Administrative Agent for acting in syndicating and administrating the Loans and for its capacity as such hereunder and under the other Loan Documentsobligations hereunder, the Borrowers, jointly and severally, Borrowers agree to pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own Administrative Agent's account, a non-refundable an annual fee in the amount of Fifteen Thousand and fully earned fee of no/100 Dollars ($25,000.00 15,000), payable on the Closing Datedate hereof, and on the first day of each consecutive December thereafter for the duration of this Agreement.

In order to compensate the Administrative Agent for acting in structuring and syndicating the Loans and for its capacity obligations as such hereunder and under the other Loan DocumentsAdministrative Agent hereunder, the Borrowers, jointly and severally, agree Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own account, $100,000 on the Closing Date and a non-refundable and fully earned monthly monitoring fee of $25,000.00 8,000, for its own account, in arrears on the Closing Datelast Business Day of each calendar month thereafter commencing May 31, 2000.
