Administrative Agent under Transaction Documents. Each Lender hereby further authorizes Administrative Agent, on behalf of and for the benefit of the Lenders, to be the agent for and representative of the Lenders with respect to the Collateral and the other Transaction Documents. Subject to Section 14.01, without further written consent or authorization from the Lenders, Administrative Agent may execute any documents or instruments necessary to release any Adverse Claim encumbering any item of Collateral that is the subject of a sale or other disposition of assets permitted hereby or to which such other Lenders as may be required to give such consent under Section 14.01) have otherwise consented.
