ADMINISTRATION PROCEDURES. ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of appointed personnel – Officers of the Participating Cities shall be sworn in as police officers of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Police Department Reserves pursuant to Chapter 54, Article I, Section 54-3 of the Code of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Georgia. Once sworn, appointed personnel of the Participating Cities shall have, in addition to the police powers in their home jurisdictions, investigative and arrest powers within ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, but only when performing the duties specified within this Agreement. B. Appointed personnel shall hold such appointment in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Police Reserves at the discretion of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Chief of Police. Participating agencies may also withdraw their own personnel from the Task Force at their discretion. C. Appointed personnel may hold an advanced rank only with their employing agency. Outside of their primary jurisdiction, personnel shall hold the rank of agent with no seniority when involved in a joint operation. No rights or entitlements shall accrue to personnel, other than those allowed in their primary jurisdiction.

ADMINISTRATION PROCEDURES. Applications for Education Leave will be accepted by the Employer between January 1st and February 15th of each calendar year. The Employer also receive applications between September 15th and September for employees who wish to begin Education Leave during the winter session of the university year. Each application will include details of courses sought and the intended length of Education Leave. The application must be endorsed by the Senior Administrative Officer and forwarded to the Employer to be screened and processed. The Senior Administrative Officer must guarantee a position, at a level not lower than the one presently held, to which the employee will be assigned upon return from Education Leave. Education Leave will be granted on a one year basis. A program of studies that requires a longer term will be resubmitted annually between January 1st and February 15th. This provision will provide the opportunity for counselling, and to assess whether satisfactory progress is being made in the studies undertaken. It will also provide the Senior Administrative Officer with the opportunity to re-evaluate departmental needs in line with reorganization or other considerations.

  • Collection Procedures (a) On or before the Closing Date, the Seller and the Purchaser shall have established and shall maintain thereafter the system of collecting and processing Collections of Receivables in accordance with Section 2.02 of the Servicing Agreement. (b) The Seller shall cause all in-store payments to be (i) processed as soon as possible after such payments are received by the Seller but in no event later than the Business Day after such receipt, and (ii) delivered to the Servicer or, if a Daily Payment Event has occurred, deposited in the Collection Account no later than the second Business Day following the date of such receipt. (c) The Seller and the Purchaser shall deliver to the Servicer or, if a Daily Payment Event has occurred, deposit into the Collection Account all Recoveries received by it within two Business Days after the Date of Processing for such Recovery. (d) Any funds held by the Seller representing Collections of Receivables shall, until delivered to the Servicer or deposited in the Collection Account, be held in trust by the Seller on behalf of the Trustee as part of the Trust Estate. (e) The Seller hereby irrevocably waives any right to set off against, or otherwise deduct from, any Collections. Within a reasonable time after the request, the evaluator shall be provided with a written progress report from the employee containing the latter's perception of the progress being made toward the achievement of the objectives prescribed in Item 3, above. During the course of the evaluation period, circumstances may change which may result in the modification of the original standards and objectives. Upon the request of the evaluatee or when, in the evaluator's judgment, additional instructional classroom observations are necessary, such observations may be conducted. Within a reasonable time, an employee shall be provided with a written statement regarding instructional observations that have been conducted. Permanent employees shall be evaluated at least once every other year, and in no event later than 30 days before the last school day scheduled on the school calendar of the current school year.
